Statement of Harold C. Turner
I am Harold C. Turner, a citizen of the State of New Jersey, United States of America, residing at 1906 Paterson Plank Road, Apartment 1-A, North Bergen, New Jersey. I am making this statement voluntarily to the North Bergen, New Jersey Police Department on Saturday, February 10, 2007 at 2:45 PM EST.
I host a talk radio show and am a very well known "public figure." I own numerous Internet web site names as part of my radio show and other business activities. Those web site names are my personal property.
As a result of being a public figure, much information about me is available via the internet. This information includes my legal name, home address telephone number and more.
On the morning of February 10, 2007, a person using the digital internet address 65.92.149.47 which traces to an internet account from Bell Canada Corporation in Toronto, Ontario Canada, (proof attached) used the freely available information about me on the Internet to impersonate me with a business supplier with whom I do business, Network Solutions Corporation of Herndon, VA.
Network Solutions Corporation is the Internet company through which my web sites are registered and through whom all inquiries and attempts to reach my web sites are routed from around the world.
At or about 9:46 AM EST, I received an e-mail from Network Solutions (Attached) confirming a change in the password to my account with them. I made no such change of password.
At or about 9:58 AM EST, I received another e-mail from Network Solutions (Attached) confirming a change to the "Challenge question" for my account with them. The “challenge question” is a method utilized by Network Solutions for security purposes, to verify the ownership of an account with that company. I made no such change.
At about 10:0 AM EST today, I logged-on to my internet web site www.HalTurnerShow.com and instead of seeing my web site, I was connected to the web site www.420chan.org,
I then logged-on to my other internet web site www.TurnerRadioNetwork.com and instead of seeing my web site, I was again connected to the web site www.420chan.org.
The only way this could happen was if someone logged-into my account with Network Solutions and re-directed the address for my web sites.
I attempted to log-into my account at Network Solutions but was denied access. Someone had changed the user name and password for that account.
I telephoned Network Solutions at 1-866-391-4357 and was told by a male operator named "France" that in fact, someone had logged-into my Network Solutions account today, from Internet digital address 65.92.149.47 and changed the account name from HALTURNERSHOW to 420CHANENTERPRIZES and also changed domain name server addresses for my web sites so they direct to the web site www.420chan.org. I made no such changes.
By accessing my account with Network Solutions,Inc., whoever connected to my account with that company from the Digital Internet address 65.92.149.47 committed the criminal act of Wrongful Personation. They impersonated me without authority or permission.
By changing the account name and domain name server addresses for my web sites, the perpetrator stole that account and those web site names from me through deception, a theft which is valued at sixty-thousand dollars ($60,000).

Over the past eight weeks, that web site (www.420chan.org) has been used to organize and perpetrate electronic attacks against my web sites, driving my sites off the internet with destructive electronic attacks. Media coverage of this situation has been prominent in The Bergen Record Newspaper and in other newspapers throughout the US
The owner of the web site www.420chan.org refers to himself as "Kirt" and “Kirtaner” and he openly boasts of organizing the attacks.
He has openly stated that he is a homosexual and drug user and, according to public documents (attached) is also allegedly involved with Child Pornography. He has said that he attacks me and my web sites because I opine on my radio show against Homosexuals and Child molesters.
As such, I have reason to believe, and do believe that Aubrey "Kirt" Cottle of the address above is the perpetrator of the crimes outlined above, Wrongful Personation and Felony Theft By Deception, committed against me today.
I telephoned the Royal Canadian Mounted Police in Ontario over these criminal acts and they instructed me to file a complaint with my local police department, saying the legal system would handle it from that point.
In response to my calls to Network Solutions, I received a call from a Supervisor at Network Solutions named “Damon” and he advised that he is writing a report for his case file # (REDACTED) and will work toward reversing the unauthorized changes made, but said it may take days or weeks for the changes to reverse.
I wish to file such criminal complaints as necessary to recover my stolen property, the web site names HalTurnerShow.com and TurnerRadioNetwork.com, and to bring the perpetrator of these crimes to Justice.
I swear, under Penalty of Perjury, that all of the information contained in this statement is the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth to the best of my knowledge, so help me God.
