Sometimes, I think a little too much about things. I wonder how America ever got to its current point--on the verge of becoming a Third World ruled by plutocrats and their lackeys--so quickly. I wonder if there’s any hope of reversing the trend, of making America a better place, or even of preserving the existing civilization itself.

I read the papers every day. It seems like there’s some new law designed to control the masses--some new legislation put out there to enforce any ever-expanding amount of gobbledygook called “laws”--which no one really understands any way because it’s too complicated. The lawyers are always trying to change the laws out there with their newfound interpretations, making things more complicated than they need to be, trying to show off their vocabulary-- as if simply knowing multi-syllable words is something to be envied, when they produce nothing but lawsuits.

The sentencing hearing was a farce in the first degree.

Judge Moody knew going in that with the added label of domestic terrorist he could give Matt 40 years instead of 12. Judge Moody in his little speech as the proceedings began, even used the figure 40 years as being the max but then later on when Matt suggested that he had already made up his mind as to sentencing, Moody, unconvincingly uttered, "Oh, no, no, I haven't."

I’ve just read Deborah Schitzlipz’s most recent work, “The Hating Hatemongers and the People that they Hatingly Hat”; and I have to admit that I’m impressed with such a well-researched and honest account by such an esteemed writer. She truly understands the words “love” and “hate,” as their true meanings, better than any other scholar in modern times. Those who follow my writings realize how I write in a completely impassioned and objective manner and should consider what I say here, just as I have previously in my other articles, such as, “White Supremacist Hatemonger Murders Several in Court House.”

The other Nationalist arrested, one David Hannam of Hull, pleaded guilty to distributing the leaflet and was sentenced to 3 month's in a Young Offenders' Institution. The Railroading of Matt Hale by Edgar J. Steele, Attorney-at-Law

I've held my tongue on the Matt Hale case until now because I have agreed with him to serve as defense counsel in his anticipated retrial.

You see, Hale was declared a domestic terrorist and has been held incommunicado under provisions of the draconian and woefully-misnamed Patriot Act. Those associated with the case have been required to sign "SAM" (Special Administrative Procedure") documents which require their public silence. The Feds mean business, too, as lawyers are sitting in federal prison cells right now, accused of violating SAM agreements in other cases. I haven't signed a SAM document in Hale's case yet because I have not taken on an official role. Of course, I haven't been given direct access to Hale, either. We have been forced to communicate in writing, by letter...when my letters haven't been denied to Hale and returned by the authorities, that is. Even so, an attorney-client relationship has existed between Hale and myself for some time now.
