I just got a call from publisher Mr. Germar Rudolf from his jail (detention center), he left a message on my phone machine.

In essence this is the bad news:

Germar Rudolf's attorney informs him that he will be deported from the United States to Germany for 'Thought Crimes.'

A Complaint to Consumer Reports about the Rabbinical Kosher Excise Tax and How It Affects Consumers

I sent the following email to Consumer Reports Magazine today. I was only able to contact them via their webpage at www.consumerreports.org. Why is it that so many websites seem to go out of their way to hide their email contact information? This one was the worst I've ever encountered and it is ironic coming from an organization that is supposed to be looking out for the consumer. I thought, however, that they would be the perfect organization to publicly expose the kosher scam, but I'm not holding my breath awaiting a response given the number of jewish names listed on their board of directors. (NOTE: The "U" shown here is one of the Jewish kosher symbols, which are used in Jewish efforts to fleece Gentiles.)

A Zundel letter to his wife, ethnic novelist Ingrid Rimland, on the eve of the Third Great Holocaust Trial starting on Tuesday, November 8, in Mannheim - this time on European soil:

As we prepare copy for our November newsletters the most important issue for world Revisionism is the pending Zündel trial at Mannheim, beginning on 8 November and set down for a further 4 days, on 9, 15-16 and 24 November [- extended to 2,9,16 December]. Enough has been written about the absurdity of Section 130 of the German Penal Code under which Ernst Zündel will be prosecuted. Any mounted defense by the Zündel legal team will be used as evidence and thereby, in the eyes of the judge, compound Zündel’s ‘guilt – something that is already established by the fact that he is before the court.

The presumption of innocence is not a legal principle operating here. The judge faces an easy task because guilt is an accepted fact, and the only matter he has to decide is whether the court should extend mercy to Zündel. This is because truth is not a defense in these proceedings. Though there will be much talk that the inquisitorial system – wherein the judge is fully involved in the legal process – is designed to elicit the truth of a matter, the principle of judicial notice will be applied and new evidence rejected, then used to prove that Zündel is full of ‘criminal energy’ who has not shown any remorse and thereby compounds his own inevitable guilt. The legal process is classical witch-trial procedure – if Zündel shows remorse and possibly recants (which he will not!), then he will receive a lighter sentence; if he remains firm in his refusal to believe in the ‘Holocaust’, then the judge will inevitably apply the full force of the law and sentence Zündel to a maximum of five years in prison.

In a surprise move, the UN decided to make January 27th "Holocaust Day" to commemorate when many Jews died in WWII. Reportedly, 104 of 191 nations supported the measure.

"I feel moved and privileged to present this historic resolution today, as an Israeli, a Jew, a human being and the child of Holocaust victims," said Israeli Ambassador Dan Gillerman.

Not everyone was as enthusiastic about all this, however. Many in the Mid-East did not support the measure. Egypt, Malaysia, and Indonesia said that they felt atrocities against Muslims and Christians deserved equal attention.

Egyptian Ambassador Maged Abdelaziz commented: "We believe no one should have the monopoly on suffering."

The International Red Cross has reported that about between 275,000 and 350,000 people of all types died in the German concentration camps, in comparison to about 60 million Eastern Europeans, mostly Russian, during peace time under the Bolshevik regime.

Massive Peaceful Protest Against Hatemongers Planned

Hal Turner, a controversial talkshow host, is planning on having a massive peaceful protest in Kingston, NY.

Apparently, some white schoolchildren in the area are being targeted and beaten for simply being white, and he wants to protest this fact.

The trouble started when some black kids (with the ringleader apparently weighing 300-pounds) called some younger white schoolchildren, "white niggers," and then the white children were beaten senseless for no apparent reason.

In a surprise move, President Bush has nominated Samuel Alito, a 55-year-old Italian American who appears to be moral, as a member of the Supreme Court. Alito is said to have a rather conservative track record, and has reportedly been no friend of the anti-life group Planned Parenthood. Some liberals have stated already that this nomination will be fought. According to the Federal Judicial Court, here is a brief run-down on Alito's background history:

Imagine that you're 65 years old and you're in jail. In solitary confinement. You are strip-searched whenever you see your lawyer. Once before. Once after. For two years.

Imagine that you're there because two politicians signed a piece of paper ("security certificate") saying that you are a security risk. You are not charged with a crime. You don't have a criminal record. You have lived in Canada for 42 years.

Imagine that those two politicians don't have to be right, so long as a judge thinks that they are "reasonable". So long as they are "reasonable", they can deport you to a country where you go to jail for saying something that you have the right to say in Canada. The Supreme Court of Canada had promised you that right.

Shaul Youdkevitch, who has made a name for his self by bringing the singer Madonna (who now calls herself "Esther") to Israel, has recently been arrested for Fraud.

Apparently, Youdkevitch told a 50-year-old Jewish cancer victim that she need merely donate a sizeable sum to his organization, and she'd get better. And, of course, she needed to buy some of his special Kabbalah water--at $26.00 a bottle--too. When the woman donated $36,000 and was still not better, he said it was because she hadn't given enough. Therefore, she donated another $25,000.

A New Hampshire reader wrote, “After reading your November 17, 2004 "How to Destroy America"; I feel compelled to compliment you on your ability to see clearly.”

“You have issued a most profound call to arms and I find myself in agreement with its necessity. You not only have a good take on America's self-destructive plummet, you seem to know what corrective actions are needed as well,” the writer said. “However, I begin to harbor doubts concerning any success in regards to stopping the fall when I take into consideration my opinion of today's American.”

The writer illustrates a classic defeatist and disinterested attitude in present day America. The tragedy of America’s freefall stems from apathy. What if Jefferson, Betsy Ross or 1776 Minutemen said the same thing?

The man said, “America has become a land of indifferent, ass sitters. Although I do not consider myself as being indifferent, I have indeed become an ass sitter. I see our politicians’ blatant disregard of truth and our leaders appear spineless when asked to do the right thing. Nothing short of a revolution can turn this thing around.”

“The government has all of the weapons including the knowledge that we will do nothing,” he said. “TV network executives are not going to air a regular "Call to Arms" type program. America's TV viewers would rather watch Desperate Housewives than learn of the imminent danger awaiting. Americans won’t even stand up until the outcome of our self-destruction is close to completion.”

New York -- The phone rings with a blocked caller ID but I know who it is. My friend the film critic has just put down the same article I've just finished reading, a front-page blockbuster in the New York Daily News. It says that George W. Bush knew about Karl Rove's scheme to blow CIA agent Valerie Plame's cover for years, that he was Rove's partner in treason from the start, that his claims of ignorance were lies. The News article is anonymously sourced but we know it's 100 percent true because the White House won't deny that Bush is a traitor.

"So they'll impeach him now, right?"

Escape from "Oy Vey": Jewish Borough Gets Personalized Traffic Signs at Non-Jewish Taxpayers' Expense

Demonstrating Jewish power in New York, Marty Markowitz, who is president of a Jewish borough (which seems to illegally discriminate against non-Jews by having a Jewish-only enclave) in Brooklyn, has often worked to promote Jewish interests.

In 2004, he made his way to the Department of Transportation (DOT) and asked that they put up a sign that would signify when people drove out of the Jewish borough and say, "Oy Vey."

After the DOT examined the issue, the DOT decided to toss aside legal rulings about discrimination and then waste taxpayers' dollars by doing what Markowitz asked of them.

Besides, I find that list members and other supporters generally do a far better job than could I in nailing down the occasional oddball who tries to enhance his own name by degrading mine (the relative motion, you see, looks the same to the detractor as if he actually did something on his own to deserve acclamation - it's why bullies pick on little kids on the playground). ...

Makow just wrote an attack piece on me for Etherzone, entitled "Edgar Steele's Racism - Why Jewish Bankers Love anti-Semites." Is it simply coincidental that I am unable to respond to Makow's allegations in "The Intelligent Alternative," as Etherzone likes to bill itself? Alternative to what, by the way? Free speech? Is it simply coincidental that Makow is a Jew? Of course not.

Indictment for AIPAC heads and Franklin Now Online

Something Might Actually Happen to America's Number One Foreign Spies

Things are not looking very good for for the former heads of the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) and Larry Franklin, a former member of the Pentagon who worked in the Office of the Secretary of Defense under Douglas Feith. They stand accused of crimes that may land them in jail for decades.

While Feith himself hasn't been charged yet, there is no telling what the Grand Jury may turn up, as this spy ring runs deep and reportedly has links throughout Washington's inner-chambers.

In addition to Franklin and a couple heads of AIPAC, there are several FOs (Foreign Officials) mentioned in the indictment, who may also eventually be charged too.

Another Innocent Targeted for Being Politically Incorrect and Honest

Yesterday, Monday, September 19th, 2005, at 9.30 a.m., three Belgian policemen in plain clothes appeared at the Brussels home of Vincent Reynouard. They broke the seals that had been put on the door of his study a week earlier and proceeded to seize his entire stock of publications set for distribution, placing them in 13 or 14 boxes.

Then they led Vincent Reynouard to a place where they politely questioned him. They took his fingerprints. After a three-hour wait in a courthouse cell, where his shoelaces and belt were removed and where, in the company of a restless Arab, he could hear incessant noise, shouting and screaming, he was put in handcuffs and escorted to the office of a female examining magistrate.

Jewish Naval Synagogue Built with Federal Funds

You're always hearing something or the other about Jews crying because there's no "separation of church and state" when it comes to a "Christmas" holiday (often re-named "X-mas" to satisfy the Jewish PC Police and their underlings), an "Easter" celebration, and anything to do with the Christian religion. Schoolchildren aren't allowed to sing Christmas songs because of Jewish interests.

In fact, Jews were at the forefront when Judge Moore (I believe that was his name) wanted to keep the 10 Commandments at his court house. Jews argued that it was a religious item and, therefore, should not be allowed. (Never mind that the Supreme Court has the same in their building.)

Now, in what can only be described as a double-standard, Jews had a synagogue built with federal funds on a Naval base. Where are the outcries from Jewish groups about "separation of church and state"? Where's the ACLU? Where's the ADL? Where's the line drawn?
