Far-right French politician Bruno Gollnisch was convicted of Holocaust denial.
A French court fined Gollnisch, deputy head of Jean-Marie LePen's National Front Party in France and a member of the European Parliament, $6,450 and gave him a three-month suspended sentence for questioning in 2004 how many Jews died in the Holocaust and whether the Nazis had gas chambers in concentration camps.

"This is what Robert Faurisson revealed about the case in his talk at the December Tehran Holocaust Conference:
"Professor Bruno Gollnisch had merely stated that, on the subject of the gas chambers, historians ought to be able to express themselves freely. He was first suspended from teaching for five years by the University of Lyon-III. Then, on November 7th and 8th, 2006, he had to appear before a court in Lyon made up of presiding judge Fernand Schir and two associates. Pressures and blackmail led him to break down and acknowledge before his judges the existence of the genocide of the Jews and the Nazi gas chambers. The court's decision will be pronounced on January 18, 2007. It must be realised that French law prohibits any disputing of the reality of Nazi crimes against the Jews "even if such disputing is presented in veiled or dubitative form or by way of insinuation" (Code pénal, 2006, p. 2059). Consequently, with regard to this matter one must neither dispute nor even appear to dispute."
NEW RIGHT DE-FANGS SENATE ETHICS BILL, YET DANGER REMAINS

Last week massive calling by the religious and political right made the difference in stripping freedom-threatening legislation from the Senate's lobby reform bill, S.1. Sec. 220 would have imposed stifling registration and reporting requirements on small Christian/conservative grassroots lobbying organizations. These would include many politically motivated evangelical churches. The fine would be up to $100,000 if they did not satisfy government demands for accountability.
Yet the threat of Sec. 220 remains.
The Legislative Transparency and Accountability Act of 2007, free of Sec. 220, now goes from the Senate to the House. Speaker Nancy Pelosi, confident of Democrat power, will probably attach the wording of Sec. 220 to the House version. Liberals want this legislation very badly because it withers grassroots activism from the religious and conservative right. Fred Wertheimer of Democracy 21 represents the liberal Jewish activism of Sen. Carl Levin and Joseph Lieberman, original sponsors of Sec. 220. He publicly expressed dismay at rejection of Sec. 220 by the Senate but lets Jewish-owned The Washington Post speak for him on his website (www.democracy21.org):
"It was disappointing that senators voted to strip from the bill a requirement that lobbyists disclose the costs of grass-roots efforts to influence lawmakers. The focus now moves to the House, which still needs to move on the lobbying changes. Following that, it's important that the resulting conference be held quickly to meld the two bills" (The Washington Post, "Real Ethics Reform," Jan. 20, 2007)
We should be aware that even if Sec. 220 is not re-attached to the House bill, Pelosi still has power to handpick the majority of House conferees who will later, in conference between the House and Senate, craft the final form of the lobby reform bill. Such liberal conferees can be counted on to do their best to reattach Sec. 220 and triumph in the end.
Hate Bill: An Even Greater Threat
The federal anti-hate bill, The David Ray Hate Crimes Prevention Act, H.R. 254, also looms in the House. I was told by Rep. Sheila Jackson-Lee's office that H.R. 254 will be referred to the House Judiciary Subcommittee on Crime, Terrorism, and Homeland Security as soon as Pelosi appoints its members. This, according to Pelosi's office, will take place within the next two weeks. Jackson-Lee's office also told me that since the hate bill passed the House in the previous Congress a simple vote in the subcommittee on crime may be all that is necessary to send it to Judiciary and, if approved, on to a vote of the full House.

Perhaps, the real question is thus: Where in the EU is it NOT a crime, punishable by jail, to speak the truth about Jewish Holocaust Propaganda?
Most people are aware--or should be--that Zimbabwe has been taking white people's land for quite some time in an effort to "redistribute" it (using the communist euphemism for "steal") among the blacks. Of course, this has resulted in mass-starvation there. More recently, the black Zimbabwean government has started to beg white people to return--now that they realize the blacks there aren't doing a very good job at farming the land, as the government had hoped. Despite Zimbabwe's ongoing downfall, blacks in South Africa demand that they also be given the white's land, as whites continue to get murdered at record-levels, making the ongoing nightmare one shade darker and closer to Zimbabwe's demise. The below article was from a few years ago, and is almost comical, if the intent was not horrid, in that Zimbabwe said they were somehow "helping" whites by stealing their livelihood.

In January 1993, I was minding my own business and teaching my Wellesley College survey course on African American History when a funny thing happened. The long arm of Jewish intolerance reached into my classroom. Unknown to me, three student officers of the Jewish Hillel organization (campus B'nai B'rith stablemates of the Anti-Defamation League), sat in on my class and remained for a single period only. Their purpose was to monitor my presentation. As one of them explained in a campus meeting later, Jewish students had noticed The Secret Relationship Between Blacks and Jews among my offerings in the school bookstore. The book documents the considerable Jewish involvement in the transatlantic African slave trade, the dissemination of which knowledge they, as Jews, considered an "anti-Semitic" and most "hateful" act.

South Africa "Farm Attacks" in Cities - 10,000-plus Attacks in One Year
Take a look at some recent, utterly shocking headlines in Johannesburg's
newspaper Saturday Star. Criminals in the cities are now using the same "precision military methods" that they've been using in Farm Attacks! It's hidden in the crime statistics under the category "aggravated robbery."
Note the references to military tactics:
1. Reconnaissance of the target beforehand.
2. Secret signals left outside the house for other members of the gang.
3. Heavily armed gangs.
4. They use violence including rape and people most often are hurt.
The anti-White South African government does not want to recognize this as a serious problem, but according to experts there were over 10,000 such attacks in one-year! As always, the South African government has very little interest in dealing with crime (as has been warned for years), and this no doubt adds to the criminals being as bold as they are.
