In one of the most openly anti-White displays yet seen, the New South African KwaZuluNatal Minister of Local Government, Mike Mabuyakhulu, has announced that the government is seriously contemplating reviewing the allocation of municipal land for exclusive private property development – because it is “detrimental to the government's vision of integrating and restructuring residential areas by promoting a mix of race and classes.”
What he is in fact saying is that if Whites dare to buy property from the local authorities and build houses for themselves, they are being racist as they should be mixing it with the New South Africans, and that if these evil, racist, disgusting, Whites dare to continue to want to live amongst themselves, the state will take legal action to stop them.

Mabuyakhulu said if the government continued to allow use of the remaining prime land for private development, it would perpetuate the apartheid status quo. He said government also had the option to expropriate privately-owned land and make it available to municipalities - provided it was intended for a good cause."We want to make it clear we will not flinch from taking this option if the land owner demands a ridiculous price," Mabuyakhulu said.Mabuyakhulu urged municipalities not to sell all their available land to private developers. "We are going to encourage municipalities to practice land banking. It is our view that the private property boom the country is experiencing is good for the economy, but we also believe that if all the urban land available is set aside for urban development, the apartheid legacy, which consigned our people to areas tucked away from industrial zones, will continue," he said.

The government's project of restructuring residential areas is called Provisional Restructuring Zones (PRZ). Durban (ag sorry, eThekwini) Municipality in 2006 proposed more than 10 areas as PRZs, including the Westville Triangle, Roosfontein, Hillary and Albert Park. The PRZ housing projects will cater for low income households - those with income of less than R3 500 and an upper limit of R7 500 - and will have up to six storeys. In a less-than cheerful gesture to the Indian community, Mabuyakhulu also announced that the government would be giving ownership to people who live in old housing stock owned by the House of Delegates, House of Representatives and former KwaZulu Government. These included areas of Chatsworth, Mandeni and Wentworth. What that means is that the Indians will also be forced to mix. (more likely they will just flee!)
