The "JENA SIX"
Six black kids in Jena nearly
beat to death a white kid; and, when the black kids are prosecuted for their
crimes, as they should be, the media and blacks go crazy about this, arguing
that it is an injustice to make black kids pay for crimes against whites.
Blacks then gather together in the city of Jena, LA, to fight this perceived
"injustice" of blacks having to possibly spend time in jail for beating up a
random white kid for no good reason.
It is argued by the blacks that because some other white kids put three nooses in a tree (for which they were suspended from school), that this makes it all equivalent--that it is somehow equal for a random white kid to be beaten till being unconscious by blacks, and that 3 nooses being put in a tree by whites while no one else is around and which causes no one to get hurt is somehow the same.
Perhaps, some blacks would like to put nooses in a tree, and they'll be beaten into unconsciousness? And then they can re-decide whether the two ideas are somehow equal or not. Of course, if such a thing did occur, blacks would then complain against a "hate crime" again. And perhaps, we should view this random attack on a white kid as being a hate crime.
The Nation of Islam (that group that developed a button for blacks to put on their lapel if they kill a white person, as was disclosed by the HUAC back in the 1960s, when the US government still, on occasion, represented whites) has organized a massive bus ride to Jena, LA, to protest blacks being prosecuted for hurting whites. The bus-riding campaign is being funded and promoted by the American Postal Workers Union (APWU) and by the NAACP. Undoubtedly, many of the white supporters of the APWU are becoming disillusioned, with at least one white APWU member saying (see the related blog at the above link) that whites should get a bus to support the white victim.
