Government Will Not Admit the Reason for the Attack Was Its Support for the Apartheid State of Israel

government's lackadaisical approach to Israel's plutocracy over American
politics and the resultantly biased Israel-first attitude among White House
staffers, a man stood up at the 9-11 Commission's question-and-answer period and
wanted an answer to a question that is on many Americans' minds: Why does the
government refuse to address its biased support of Israel as being one of the
primary motivating factors of the terrorists?

It is well known that Osama bin Laden and many others who attack America do so in response to America's continued support of Israel--one of the few un-democratic nations in the Mid-East that treats all non-Jews as second-class citizens and often builds its massive Apartheid Wall right through non-Jewish homes, bulldozing them down whenever the Israelis so please. Nevertheless, the American government is seemingly oblivious to this cause-and-effect madness--never willing to admit that its support of the terrorist state of Israel is what makes Americans the targets of those who oppose Israel's actions.
In a question-and-answer period shown on C-Span, one man bravely stood up and asked some questions that government insiders dared not answer. Lee Hamilton, a member of the 9-11 Commission, was tongue-tied as a patriotic American dared to ask why Congress continues to act like sycophants and cater to all the whims of the AIPAC plutocracy.
American Patriot:
Mr. Hamilton? I had a quick question for you sir. I had spoken with you on
C-SPAN about a month ago ...
Hamilton (interrupts the American Patriot,
trying to evade the situation, knowing that it involves America's number-one
plutocrat from an earlier conversation): I think we'd uh ...
American Patriot: ... yeah, we talked about Israeli policy ...
Hamilton (interrupts the American Patriot):
I think we would like to address sir … we would like to address . . .
[He doesn't finish, but the conclusion of his sentence
should be the word "nothing"--he would like to address "nothing."]
American Patriot: Yeah, why aren't we addressing the gorilla in the room?
The gorilla in the room is US support for Israel. You had made a mistake
earlier. You had said that the Israeli-Palestinian dispute wasn't addressed in
the 9/11 Commission Report. I beg to differ with that, on page 147, it is stated
that ...
Hamilton: (Grumbles--as he hadn't expected any
real issues to be asked)
American Patriot: ... the plotter of 9/11, Khalid Sheikh Mohammed,
was driven to attack us, not because of "radical ideologies" as ...
Hamilton (interrupting the American Patriot):
OK, uh ...
American Patriot: ... Prime Minister Blair [said] ...
(Someone in the crowd grumbles--probably a
representative of AIPAC fearful of Americans knowing the truth)
American Patriot: ... [but] because of US support for Israel. Why aren't
we addressing that, sir?
Hamilton: Alright, sir.
American Patriot: You got Mr. Bamford's book from me--James Bamford's "A
Pretext for War" book . . .
Hamilton (tries to interrupt the American
Patriot in an evasive fashion): OK ...
American Patriot: ... which conveys why we were attacked and then you
have Mr. Ross up here who is basically affiliated with the Israeli lobby AIPAC
...
Hamilton: Alright sir ...
American Patriot: You ...
(Man from back of the room walks over and stops the
American Patriot from asking questions that many Americans would like to know
the answers)
Hamilton: Alright, this is a conversation you and I ought to have. Let's
not take up the time of our resource people. May we go to the next question
please? Thank you very much.
Hamilton succeeded in not addressing the questions that are on millions of Americans' minds. As America continues to make Israel--nearly the smallest country in the world--the largest recipient of America's foreign aid every year (despite Israelis having a rather large per-capita income and being well-equipped militarily) to the tune of several billion dollars (with $1.2 extra billion currently in consideration, adding to $10 billion or so given this year alone), America continues to reap the scorn of the world, particularly in the Mid-East where people see Israel's atrocities first-hand. As this continues--brought about by Israeli plutocrats and their American brethren who dictate foreign policy--it can only make America more hated in the world's eyes, since it refuses to honestly admit this problem.
