Paul Grubach's Initial Response to Prof. Mathis
In a message dated 1/3/2006 9:43:02 AM Eastern Standard Time, Prof.
Mathis writes:
Mr. Grubach,
You have yet to respond to my letter of over a month ago. FYI, it is
published on the web in two places:
Dr. Mathis,
First of all, I never received your letter that you allegedly sent me
over a month ago. This is the first that I have heard about it. It is
possible that you never sent it to me, and just claimed that you did.
You could then use it to score "propaganda points." That is, you could
make it appear as though "Paul Grubach refuses to respond to Andrew
Mathis."
Secondly, you contradict yourself. You informed me in one of your last
emails to me sometime ago that you were demanding that Paul Grubach
should never contact Andrew Mathis again. You said (words to the
effect) that if I ever contact you again, you would report me to AOL.
(I am fairly certain that I kept this email, and I will attempt to dig
it out if need be.)
Now, you contact me again, after you cut off contact with
me and demand that Paul Grubach never contact you again!!!
You are mentally confused. But I will respond to your letter in
question.

Paul Grubach's Second Response to Prof. Mathis: Does Prof. Mathis
Suffer from Some Problems? asks Grubach
I have been told by psychologists that one characteristic of a neurotic
person who is undergoing emotional conflicts is that they are somewhat
mentally confused and they engage in contradictory behavior. We now have
evidence that this observation might actually apply to Andrew Mathis.
Herewith.
In your most recent email to me (1/3/06), here is what you wrote: "Mr.
Grubach, You have yet to respond to my letter of over a month ago. FYI, it
is published on the web in two places:..."
Further on in the same email you write: "I hope you will respond. Best
wishes, Andrew E. Mathis, Ph.D."
Directly contradicting yourself, here is what Dr. Mathis wrote to Paul
Grubach in his email of 1/13/2004, 12: 21: 42 AM Eastern Standard Time: "Now:
Unless for some reason you need to make a bigger fool of yourself, I'll
assume you won't contact me ever again for any reason. If you do, I'll block
your e-mail address. If you contact me further, then I'll lodge a complaint
w/AOL. Get it, Paul? Good. a.m." [Emphasis added.]
So let's get this
straight. On the one hand, you inform me in Jan. 2004 that I am never, ever
to contact you again. If I do, you will report me to AOL. Then, in Jan
2006, you contact me, asking me why I have not responded to a letter that
you allegedly sent me over a month ago!!!!! [Editor's
note: Prof. Mathis has also told me that I am never to write him.]
The general impression of
you that I continually hear is that you are a compulsive and obsessed
neurotic that is mentally confused. Here we have evidence to support that
thesis.
Finally, I never received
the letter that you allegedly sent me over a month ago. But I will respond
to it in the near future. I have other projects to finish first.
