CRIMES IN REVIEW

(While most of
our readers have already heard of this video/CD-ROM, Ames's review adroitly
provides more details of the real history of the Zionist movement and its
conquest of Palestine. Even if you do not order the video, you will be much more
informed after reading this essay/review.)
"Zionist War
Crimes: The Case For The Prosecution" is a sixty minute, highly
informative video on the never-ending atrocities of Zionism in Palestine, past
and present.
The film [also
on CD-ROM], as its narrator stipulates, consists almost entirely of graphic
and gruesome footage of Zionists caught in the act of butchering
Palestinians -- usually for no reason. This is not the kind of footage that
the viewer will ever see on the Zionist controlled TV set -- which is what
makes it so valuable. As the narrator explains at the outset, the Zionists regularly ban cameras and
video recorders to prevent the outside world from seeing what they are really
doing. Thus, the film footage in the video was obtained under very trying
circumstances, involving great personal risk to the camera holders. The viewer
of “Zionist War Crimes” should be very grateful that the risk was successfully
taken.
The author
begins with a brief history of Zionism starting with the Basle Conference of
1897. The Jews at the inception of the Zionist movement are shown to be only a
small minority numbering only in the hundreds as part of the total population of
Arab Palestine.
By the time of
the Balfour Declaration in 1917, the Jews constitute 10% of the population as
against the Arabs' 90%. Franklin emphasizes the language of the Balfour
Declaration which states that nothing would be done in Palestine which might
prejudice the “civil and religious rights” of the “existing non-Jewish
communities”. (Of course, the declaration said nothing about the economic and
political rights of the Arabs. Those rights were deliberately omitted by the
crafty Zionists who wrote the declaration. See J.M.N. Jeffries classic account,
Palestine: The Reality for more details.)

“Zionist War Crimes” proceeds to the bloody assassinations of Zionism's “blow up
the British” period. Marvelous forgotten mugshots of Zionism's future prime
ministers, Menachem Begin and Yitsak Yzernitzsky (“Rabbi Shamir”) are shown when
these “great statesmen” were on the “most wanted” posters of the British police.
Their assassinations of Lord Walter Moyne, British High Commissioner for Egypt
and Count Folke Bernadotte are nauseatingly recounted. Begin, in particular, is
shown as the mastermind behind the dynamiting of the Southwest wing of the King
David Hotel on July 22, 1946 in which over ninety Englishmen and women were
killed.
It should be
emphasized that all of this narration and illustration is accompanied by never
ending footage of Zionists killing and maiming in the streets
completely unedited.
“Zionist
War Crimes” makes excellent use of declassified State Department and other
documents which warned against recognizing the partition of Palestine in
November 1947.
The narrative
continues with its almost never ending recital of Zionist criminals including
the Lavon Affair in Egypt, the assault on the USS Liberty, the Goldstein mosque
massacre of 1994, the Lebanon refugee camp slaughters in 1982 and the more
recent massacres during the Palestinian Intifadas. Again and again, Franklin
asks the question: Why should the victims be blamed? Why should the
Palestinians be driven off their land and thrown into the desert? Why should
they be brutalized, bulldozed, murdered in the streets, forced to sob over the
remains of their beloved children, forced to grovel before their savage,
barbaric medieval oppressors? And again, Mark Franklin provides the unequivocal
answer. It happens for one reason only: because American politicians are owned
lock, stock and barrel by the same Zionists who finance the atrocities of
their brethren in Palestine.
“Zionist War
Crimes” effectively quotes Washington Report on Middle East Affairs on
the deceptively titled Political Action Committees (PACs), which donate massive
sums of money to politicians who preach “Israel Uber Alles”. Numerous familiar
names are matched to the pay off figures. Even better, priceless photos of
prominent politicians wearing yarmulkes and posing for photographs beside the
Israeli flag are shown. These include several photos of Pres. Bush, Jr. and
“Weapons of Mass Destruction” Secretary of State, “Cohen” Powell.
“Zionist War
Crimes” is a very valuable exposé but not a perfect one. Its narration is
somewhat disorganized and repetitious. The sound level should be higher [it is
on the CD] to make it easier to follow the narration and the close-up on some of
the quoted documents should be greater to make the words visible. Also,
“tyranny” should not be pronounced “tyranny”. But these are insubstantial
quibbles.
“Zionist War
Crimes” presents graphic, sickening overwhelming proof that Zionism is a
criminal enterprise. The Palestinian people are the innocent victims of
pure thugs. And, even worse, the American people live under a government
which is controlled, both Republicans and Democrats, by these same
unconscionable thugs.
